Although Crosspool pharmacy has grown considerably during our ownership and is probably ready to relocate to larger and better premises, we are unable to achieve this ambition whilst community pharmacy remuneration in England remains so poor. This makes us very sad and frustrated. We are fortunate to enjoy a great relationship with the local population and we are located in the heart of a busy suburban shopping parade, ideally placed to provide community pharmacy healthcare.

Services
NHS Dispensing Service
We dispense every type of prescription under the NHS available. Through our quick, friendly and reliable service, we’ll make sure that we have your prescription item ready and in stock.
Free Prescription Delivery
If coming to the pharmacy to collect your prescription poses a problem, then we’ll come to you instead. Our Prescription Delivery Service is free of charge and runs every workday of the week.
Minor Ailments
Suffering from hayfever? Have the kids got a temperature? If you don’t pay for your prescriptions then there’s no need to go to the GP. We’ll take care of you through this free service.
Seasonal Flu Vaccinations
Protect yourself and your family with our fantastic annual Flu Vaccination service. No appointment is necessary and our trained pharmacists will give you all the advice you need to stay healthy in winter.
Note: This year, due to COVID-19, we will NOT be offering a walk-in clinic. Please call or email us to find out if we have any vaccines left.
Medicine Use Reviews
Our pharmacists are experts in medicines. We offer a free confidential Medicine Use Review (MUR) where you’re able to ask them anything you like about your medication. Simply ask in store!
Emergency Contraception
We provide the “morning after pill” in Sheffield to those women who have had unprotected sex or their normal contraception has failed. For a confidential consultation, please call us or come into store.
New Medicines Service
Have you been prescribed a new medicine? As part of the NHS, you may be eligible for the New Medicine Service where our pharmacists will go that extra mile to make sure it’s working for you.
Stop Smoking Voucher
As well as accepting Stop Smoking Vouchers, our staff can provide your with that extra care and support to help you on your journey to a smoke-free life. Give us a call and let us help!
