Oakbrook Pharmacy
This pharmacy has been at this location in a much-favoured neighbourhood since at least 1897 and is a local institution. Acquired by Green Cross Chemists in 2012, this pharmacy serves a select and knowledgeable patient base and is a great favourite with many of them. Over the years we have owned this pharmacy, we have striven to serve this population successfully and we have been rewarded with loyalty and affection.

Medicine Use Reviews
Our pharmacists are experts in medicines. We offer a free confidential Medicine Use Review (MUR) where you’re able to ask them anything you like about your medication. Simply ask in store!
New Medicines Service
Have you been prescribed a new medicine? As part of the NHS, you may be eligible for the New Medicine Service where our pharmacists will go that extra mile to make sure it’s working for you.
Free Prescription Delivery
If coming to the pharmacy to collect your prescription poses a problem, then we’ll come to you instead. Our Prescription Delivery Service is free of charge and runs every workday of the week.
Emergency Contraception
We provide the “morning after pill” in Sheffield to those women who have had unprotected sex or their normal contraception has failed. For a confidential consultation, please call us or come into store.
Minor Ailments
Suffering from hayfever? Have the kids got a temperature? If you don’t pay for your prescriptions then there’s no need to go to the GP. We’ll take care of you through this free service.
Flu Jab Service
Protect yourself and your family with our fantastic annual Flu Vaccination service. No appointment is necessary and our trained pharmacists will give you all the advice you need to stay healthy in winter.
